For the creative artist to be the best they can be, I believe the body has to lead the way.  In order to exercise the mind, I have to be in the best physical shape I can.  I do something every morning before going into the studio.  I walk dogs, do pilates at the YMCA, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, hiking or something to get my brain going.  This also keeps me strong to do the physical work necessary in creating art.  These people make that process fun.
